We, Modified Corvettes, LLC, herein after referred to as �Modified Corvettes,� accept phone orders during our regular business hours. Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm EST, and Saturday from 10:00am-6:00pm EST at 800-873-0426, and faxed orders 24-hours a day 7 days a week, at 301-283-0064. We also accept mail orders at 302 Mattawoman Way, Accokeek, MD 20607. When ordering, please be sure to use the correct part number, located on web site. We offer online ordering at the following web address: www.ModifiedCorvettesOnline.com, 24-hours a day 7 days a week.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept Cashier�s Checks and Money Orders made payable to Modified Corvettes, LLC. We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. No �personal checks� are accepted. For your protection, we do not accept cash through the mail. Credit card orders can only be shipped to the billing address listed with the bank that issued the credit card. Call for Wire Transfer information.

SHIPPING
All items will be shipped via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested. UPS requires a physical street address; they will not deliver to a P.O. Box. All freight charges are the customer�s responsibility. Please note that all freight charges quoted are for UPS Ground Service on the price list. We will be happy to quote you charges for other shipping methods. All Items shipped on Friday Next Day Air will be delivered on the following Monday. If you would like Saturday delivery for items shipped on Friday only, please contact us for shipping arrangements.

CORE EXCHANGE CHARGE
Our exchange program is very simple and allows you to receive chrome plated wheels or powder coated calipers without unnecessary down time to your vehicle. We first send you a set of our high quality chrome plated GM wheels or powder coated calipers to have installed. The best way to purchase is with a credit card. We initially charge you for the Chrome Plating (wheels) or powder coating (calipers) plus a refundable core charge. You must return your undamaged cores within ten (10) days; we then issue you a full core credit within ten (10) days of receiving the product. Cores returned late (after the 10-day period) will be charged a $30.00 (per day) late fee. There will be a $100.00 stripping fee on painted caliper cores. To insure the highest quality available we only exchange GM products and they must be for the same style and year. Any damages will be deducted from the core refund.

WARRANTIES
All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. Your purchase will be backed by the limited warranty extended by the manufacturer of the parts. Modified Corvettes and the manufacturer will not honor warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling or installation, neglect, accidents, or competition use. Warranty claims apply to parts only. All Chrome Exchange and 1-piece reproduction wheels come with a �Lifetime Limited� chrome warranty. Complete warranty will accompany wheel shipments. Modified Corvettes does not directly warrant any high performance part or labor. Performance parts are installed at the customers risk and any warranty claim must be taken up with the manufactures. Performance parts may or may not meet individual state emission laws. It is the customer�s responsibility to determine the emission standards and laws of his or her area. Modified Corvettes does not cover labor on any warranty claim. All 1-piece or multi-piece Forged Wheels retailed by Modified Corvettes are designed for street use only unless otherwise specified. Warranty is void if used for racing unless otherwise specified.

RETURNS
Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our Customer Support Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved with a telephone call. Modified Corvettes will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. The customer is responsible for freight on all return orders. Parts authorized to be returned, on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment.

OVERSIZED ITEMS
All items that are considered �oversized� are items that can be shipped via Freight Trucking, but at an oversized rate, indicating a minimum fee of a 30lb. package. You will need to contact our Customer Support Department for shipping quotes on all �Special Order� items.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise. Should any damage occur, immediately notify shipping vendor so that all the necessary steps be taken to insure prompt replacement of any damaged goods. Notify Modified Corvettes Customer Support Department for instructions on returning damaged goods. Modified Corvettes is not responsible for any claims arising from damage notification given after three (3) days of receipt of delivery.

SHORTAGES
Always check the contents of your delivery to ensure that all the parts ordered are received. If you are missing any items please check to see if they have been backordered on the invoice before calling the Customer Support Department. If a shortage has occurred, please contact our Customer Support Department within three (3) days of delivery to insure a prompt replacement. Modified Corvettes assumes no liability after this point.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders must be prepaid before shipment can be sent. Due to the constant fluctuation of currency rates and depending on the items being ordered, your freight fees will vary. It is important that you contact Modified Corvettes for shipping quotes. All international shipping charges (except U.S. Post Office) are based on actual weight or dimensional weight according to the size of the entire shipment, whichever is greater. Payment is accepted by credit card, approved check or bank draft. C.O.D. is not available. Separate invoices for parts and shipping are created to save you on customs fees and duties. Shipping charges do not include any customs or duty fees and may not include brokerage fees. Quotes can be provided for total cost of order, if required. Contact us here for a quote.

ALASKA & HAWAII
All orders shipped 2nd Day Air. All orders must be prepaid with credit card, money order, or cashier�s check. No C.O.D. orders will be accepted. Standard shipping rates depend on the items being ordered. Contact Modified Corvettes for shipping quotes.

SALES TAX
All orders outside Maryland are exempt from sales tax. Maryland residents are required to add the appropriate sales tax to all orders. Rates are subject to change without notice. The current rate is 6.0%.
